How do recommend wearing tshirt with jeans, for the many many of us who have larger breasts, muffin tops and stomach rolls? I’ve always had a tough time, wearing only dark colored tees to hide the rolls showing through, say, a white, red or yellow tee. And wearing anything oversized or drop-sleeved just makes me look like I’m wearing a tent. Help!

Hi Denise, I think over-sizing is the great mistake. A proper fit is going to do more for you than an ill one. I do think my Matty tee is good for curves, when worn tucked in to a jean that accentuates the waist. You need a higher rise, or something with a wider leg to balance the boxiness of the Matty. Women I know love the Tribeca from Nili Lotan. (https://go.shopmy.us/p-53527173). And investment jean, for sure, but worth it. It also comes in cotton: https://go.shopmy.us/p-53527094

Love all the options. Decisions, decisions. The poppy Ace is my color!

I'm wearing the Napa in black, with the Ace in poppy, with black jeans to a gathering tonight. My only question is to wear the Emme Parson's black boots, or Paris brown suede (because of the poppy)? Off to order the Napa in navy! It's really perfection for all the transitional weather we have. Fantastic collection Jane - congratulations! xo

How dark is the brown suede? If dark and you have a belt that also compliments/matches the hue of the suede shoes, that could be interesting!

Wear the EP boots as my Ace won't be here until the evening. Are the Nomasei sandals comfortable?

Jane Herman's avatar

The Nomasei’s are very comfortable. I kept the straps a bit looser the first time I wore them to avoid injury (my feet are soft, haven’t worn a strappier sandal since last summer!). The heel is my favorite part, it’s very big and heavy and fun to step on. I’m sorry it didn’t make the photo.

Love the new gear. But I’m 5’2”. Are the size smalls (that fit 5’7” ladies) too big????

Jane Herman's avatar

It depends on your chest size and torso length. The model has a very small chest and a high waist, so small was best for her. If you have boobs, a small should be fine. (For reference, I am 5'4", size 32B, which I just added to the top of the post because I should have mentioned that!).

The neckline is perfection on the tank

I wore the poppy tank today with jean’s and an old hysteric glamour jacket and all was very very well.🌹
